Cancellation policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Early Cancellation (within 24 hours prior): No charge will be applied if you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late Cancellation (within 24 hours prior) with Reschedule: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time but also wish to reschedule, a 1/4 of the session price will be charged due to the late cancellation. Late Cancellation (after 24 hours prior): If you cancel your appointment after the 24-hour window prior to the scheduled time, a full charge for the missed session will be applied.
